Responsibilities & Context:We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented General Manager / Head of Sales & Marketing (Cables - Trade) to lead our sales and marketing operations for electric cables & appliances in the trade/retail segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing nationwide dealer/distributor networks, and implementing effective marketing strategies within the cable & electrical product industry.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in the trade/retail cable market.Build, expand, and strengthen nationwide dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.Lead, train, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve performance goals.Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders including dealers, contractors, and business partners.Ensure timely collection of receivables and establish effective policies.Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, customer service, and after-sales support.Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.Any other task as assigned by the management.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 40 to 55 years
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 3 years as Head of Sales & Marketing in Cables industry.
