Responsibilities & Context:Job Purpose: To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online/Offline over phone to the new and existing customers and maintaining relationships effectively.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.Selling Membership over the phone and meet assigned revenue target given by the organization.Explaining the Service detail's and how to use the packages.Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages.Providing the right customer experience.Assist customers in matchmaking services using our specialized computer systems.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.Maintain and update client profiles and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.Proactively approach potential clients to explain our services and build long-term relationships.Coordinate with team members to provide seamless matchmaking and customer support.Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.Employment Status: Full Time (6 days a week).Working Hours: 10am - 6pmEducation Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Diploma
Masters

Experience:

1 to 2 years
