Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Human Resource Management

Minimum Bachelor degree from any recognized University and preference will be given to candidates who have additional training in HR, Admin, Compliance & Security or any other form of certifications related to the readymade garments industry.Experience:

5 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements:Minimum 5-8 years in Readymade Garment Industry.Must be a team player.Must have TOT (Training of Trainer) certification on fire safety training.Should have training and adequate knowledge in firefighting, fire prevention, first aid and evacuation.Should be able to demonstrate good physical fitness.Should be able to lead a team to ensure maximum fire security of the plant.Should be able to work under pressure from time to time.Experience in the RMG sector will be given preference.Should have working knowledge of Compliance requirements in terms of fire safety of renowned buyers.Computer literacy is a requirement and should be able to operate email, MS Word and MS Excel.Must have knowledge on RSC (Formerly ACCORD) and Nirapon (formerly Alliance) requirements on worker safety training.Must be able to build worker skill matrix and work towards personal development of all staff and workers.Compensation & Other Benefits:Negotiable subject to education, experience level and impression created during the interview.
