Responsibilities & Context:Industry: Building Materials / Construction SuppliesJob Summary: We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and grow sales of solid and hollow concrete blocks. This is a field-based role that requires hands-on sales efforts, direct interaction with clients, and the ability to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. The right candidate will have experience in the construction materials sector and a passion for building strong business relationships on-site and in the field.Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate new business through field visits to construction sites, retailers, contractors, builders, and developers.
Promote and sell both solid and hollow concrete blocks to new and existing clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads consistently.
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and building materials industry.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and provide regular feedback to management.
Work closely with production and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to represent the brand.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Brick
