Responsibilities & Context:Accountable as the Technical Team Leader for the 1st Bulk Production stage.Set up and finalize bulk recipes from 1st bulk to final lot, including recipe locking.Lead and resolve production-related technical issues and making co-relation between (R&D and Production team as trouble shooter)Education Requirements:HSCHowever, Bachelor's in any discipline will get preferencesExperience:
  • 10 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Washing Factory
Additional Job Requirements:Hands-on machines experience in denim washing productionExperience in dealing with ZARA, Levis, AEO, or any renowned American buyers.Capacity to lead technical teamCompensation & Other Benefits:
