Responsibilities & Context:Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in Kakrail, Dhaka, is seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive (Marketing). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to our healthcare services while working in a supportive and challenging environment.Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Aurora Specialized Hospital`s servicesManage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, content creation, and advertising campaignsConduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growthCollaborate with the medical team to create informative and appealing marketing materialsMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as neededCoordinate with external vendors and partners for various marketing activitiesOrganize events, workshops, and seminars to promote the hospital`s servicesMaintain and update the hospital's social media platforms and websitePrepare regular reports on marketing activities and their outcomesAssist in budgeting and allocating funds for marketing activitiesEnsure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulationsProvide support and supervision to junior marketing staff as neededEducation Requirements:

Masters

Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed institutionExperience:

2 to 3 years

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 32 years
