Responsibilities & Context:To drive the strategic expansion and enhancement of the dealer/service network in line with business growth plans. The role involves identification, evaluation, onboarding, and performance management of dealers while ensuring adherence to brand standards, infrastructure guidelines, and customer experience expectations.Identify potential locations for new dealership/service outlets based on market potential, white spaces, and business strategy.Conduct feasibility studies, market mapping, and business potential assessments.Prepare and present network expansion plans for management approval.Source, evaluate, and appoint new dealers as per company norms.Conduct due diligence of dealer prospects (financial background, infrastructure, capability, etc.).Coordinate with legal, finance, and infrastructure teams for dealer onboarding documentation and compliance.Guide dealers on infrastructure setup as per CI (Corporate Identity) and brand guidelines.Coordinate with architects, vendors, and internal teams for timely facility completion.Ensure implementation of showroom and workshop layout standards.Track dealer KPIs (sales, service, customer satisfaction, ROI, etc.).Assist in business planning and profitability analysis of dealer operations.Ensure dealers adhere to company SOPs, business policies, and branding norms.Maintain and update the dealer database with all key information.Work closely with sales, service, marketing, training, and finance teams to support dealer growth.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Only Male
5-7 years of experience in automobile dealership development, channel sales, or business development.Strong understanding of automobile dealer business models.Knowledge of dealership profitability levers, market expansion, and rural/urban network dynamics.Compensation & Other Benefits:
