Responsibilities & Context:This role is dedicated to HR Services within the Corporate HR Department, providing centralized support for core HR operations, policy execution, and employee lifecycle processes across the organization. The position ensures smooth and consistent HR service delivery by maintaining accurate records, executing policies, and supporting employees and management in all operational HR matters.Key Responsibilities:Maintain attendance records, movement registers, and process leave entries in ERP.Manage employee confirmation, contract extension letters, and separation procedures in a timely and compliant manner.Prepare and issue official documents including NOC, Salary Certificates, Experience Certificates, and Late Letters.Develop, update, and maintain the organizational organogram.Draft, revise, and implement HR policies in alignment with corporate guidelines.Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper resignation, clearance, and documentation procedures.Facilitate goal setting and Key Result Area (KRA) updates for employees.Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards for management review.Support various corporate HR initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned by management.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile
