The ideal candidate will be an Ex-SCM / Ex- Procurement Executive from Agro Feed Industry, preferably from Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Procurement, who brings with them strong connections and networks within feed mills and agro groups.A strategic, well-connected, and dynamic Business Development Manager who can serve as the company's frontline representative with major agro groups, feed mills, and procurement teams.This role is designed for a professional who understands the procurement dynamics of agro industries, possesses technical knowledge of feed ingredients, negotiation culture, and technical requirements and can effectively build and manage relationships with GMs, Nutritionists, and Procurement Teams to drive sustainable business growth.By leveraging your network and industry expertise, you will play a key role in building trust, driving purchase orders, and shaping long-term partnerships with industry leadersKey ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary representative of Imminent Trading Corporation in Dhaka, engaging with procurement teams, nutritionists, and decision-makers at major agro groups.Utilize professional networks to generate new purchase orders and expand business opportunities.Build & Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers(SCM Executives / Nutritionists / Technical Experts / General Managers (GMs) / Senior Management) to strengthen Imminent Trading Corporation's position in the agro-feed industry.Provide strategic insights and market intelligence on raw material pricing, supply chain shifts, and competitor activities.Lead negotiations, business discussions, contract finalization, and ensuring win-win outcomes for both clients (Leading Agro Feed Mills) and the company(ITC) in Client's Head office.Collaborate closely with Head Office to ensure timely delivery, smooth payment cycles, and customer satisfaction.Regularly visit clients head offices, attend business meetings, and represent the company in industry meetings, networking events maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and credibility.Candidate Profile3-10 years' professional experience in SCM / Procurement within agro-feed, feed mills, or agro-industrial groups.Existing professional network with procurement teams, nutritionists, and decision-makers in leading agro companies.Strong knowledge of feed ingredients (Fishmeal, Poultry Meal, SBM, CGM, Additives).Proven track record in business development, vendor management, or procurement negotiations.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.Based in Dhaka, with ability to travel nationwide as required.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based Tokens.Opportunity to work with a leading and growing organization in the agro-feed sector.A platform to leverage your industry knowledge and professional network into impactful business results.Collaborative and supportive work environment with growth opportunities.📩 Application Process
