Responsibilities & Context:Identify training and development needs through Training Needs Assessment (TNA), performance reviews, and consultation with department heads.Take ownership of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.Facilitation Customer service Training, On Job Training, Follow up for feedback, OJT and GT Report and maintain and update training records.Monitor and assess training effectiveness and suggest improvements.Support in implementing competency frameworks, career development paths, and succession planning.Coordinate technical, soft skills, and customer service training across different store locations.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure L&D and engagement strategies align with organizational goals.Drive and manage new retail initiatives, including planning and delivering online activities and training to enhance customer experience and staff performance.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Retail Store, Group of Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
