Responsibilities & Context:Akij Bathware Limited., (ABWL) seeks to appoint an experienced Senior Executive who will drive sales of Rosa brand Bath ware products through corporate clients, institutions, and government projects. Build strong B2B relationships, manage project pipelines, and ensure product visibility in high-value projects across Bangladesh.Key responsibilities:Manage corporate sales of Akij Bathware products (ROSA) across BangladeshIdentify institutional buyers, EPC contractors, Public procurement channelsBuild relationships with key decision-makers in corporate sector, NGOs, & public sector entitiesTrack construction projects-hotels, hospitals, schools, offices, & Govt infrastructuresWork with consultants, architects, and engineers for product specificationConduct Rosa Brand product presentations for project stakeholdersRespond to tenders and government procurement requirementsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and supply schedules in line with policyCollaborate with logistics and clients to ensure timely deliveryRepresent Akij Bathware at events and trade shows to boost salesOversee full sales cycle, ensuring timely orders, delivery, and customer supportReport on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedbackEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience in Corporate Sales, MES, Government project, Tender ProcessExperience:

3 to 5 years
