Master's in Disaster Management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or in relevant field from any reputed university.Additional Job Requirements:ExperienceProven research background, particularly in areas related to displacement, disaster risk reduction, or post-disaster recovery.Need to be an expert in disaster management with at least five years of relevant professional experience.Familiarity with government institutions and mechanisms.Demonstrated experience in developing data frameworks, including tools and methodologies for data collection, analysis and utilization.Strong understanding of disaster response and recovery processes in the context of Bangladesh.Experience in engaging with local stakeholders, including government entities, NGOs, and community organizations, is an asset.
