Responsibilities & Context:Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Reports to QA Manager / Plant ManagerKey Responsibilities:Conduct routine quality control tests and inspections at various stages of production.Monitor hygiene and sanitation standards in the production area.Maintain documentation and prepare reports on quality metrics.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal SOPs.Assist in audits and implementation of corrective actions.Coordinate with production and R&D teams for quality improvements.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biochemistry
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology
Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry
Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Food Engineering/Food Technology or related discipline.Experience:

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Job Requirements:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the food industry, particularly in quality control or assurance roles.Familiarity with food safety systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and good documentation practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
