As a company, we strive to create best possible solutions that give our customers a competitive lead in the market.Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Senior Officer/Assistant Manager (Flexible Plant)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:Supervise, monitor, and manage daily production activities under the guidance of line manager.Plan and set up machines and power requirements for production activitiesEnter production recipes in coordination with production planning.Ensure all process control parameters are documented and strictly followedVerify daily raw material usage and requisition through SR software to ensure proper utilization.Coordinate with the store department for local raw material indenting and requisition.Input Bill of Materials (BOM) data into new production software systems.Prepare and submit monthly production report, breakdown reports, Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports and ensure accurate documentation.Maintain monthly machine-wise wastage reports for analysis and improvementSubmit monthly store requisition reports for inventory planningImplement performance, quality, and efficiency measures to meet production targets.Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse to ensure operational hygiene and safety.Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by managementEducation Requirements:Masters in any discipline from a reputed universityExperience:
8 to 10 years
