Responsibilities & Context:Oversee the complete process flow from cutting to shipment, maintaining close coordination with other departments.Supervise pre-production activities for smooth order launches and prevent delays or rework.Monitor and enforce Quality Management Systems, SOPs, and DHU targets throughout production.Address short shipment, repair, and claims issues with proactive tracking and root cause solutions.Lead daily & weekly production and shipment meetings to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Planning, IE, QA, Finishing, and HR for smooth operations and manpower planning.Track daily output and efficiency against set targets in linking and finishing sections.Manage team development, motivation, and skill mapping to build a high-performance workforce.Control costs by reducing overtime, energy usage, subcontracting, and unnecessary expenses.Work closely with IE team on SMV control, line balancing, and fostering a lean manufacturing culture.Education Requirements:
