Production Manager

• Lead and manage daily production operations of uPVC pipe & fitting extrusion lines.
• Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
• Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality as per company and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in the production area.
• Train, mentor, and motivate the production team to achieve departmental goals.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.
• Contribute to strategic planning for capacity expansion, process automation, and cost reduction.
• Any other task as assigned by the management.

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Diploma in Mechanical in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry

• Age 35 to 55 years

• At least 5 years experience in the similar position (Production Manager) in uPVC Pipe & Fittings company.
