Responsibilities & Context:

Monitor calls made by Customer Relationship Officers (CROs).
Follow up on day-to-day operational tasks and ensure timely completion.
Receive and handle inbound/outbound calls efficiently.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Provide operational support and ensure smooth workflow.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor's degree in any disciplineExperience:

1 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 32 years
Only Female

Gender: Female (Night Shift)
Experience: 1 - 3 years in a relevant role (preferably in telemarketing/customer service)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be fluent in English (speaking & writing)
Dedicated, responsible, and efficient in handling tasks
