Type: Full-time (Female only) - Project-based/contract options available by agreement
Experience: 3-5 years in a similar roleAbout the RoleWe're looking for a confident, customer-focused teammate who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and building trust. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, so warmth, clarity, and follow-through matter a lot.What You'll DoHandle inbound and outbound calls in a polite, professional way.Use simple call scripts when needed, but keep the conversation natural.Understand client needs, offer the right solutions, and follow up until issues are closed.Share relevant property offers and upsell when it genuinely helps the client.Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.Keep clean records of every conversation in our CRM/Google Sheets.Join regular team meetings and quick learning sessions to stay sharp.Meet personal and team targets, and track your KPIs weekly.KPIs You'll Track (and Improve)Response speed: Average time to call back or reply.Call quality & resolution rate: Issues solved on the first call; clear next steps when not.Follow-up completion: % of open cases closed within agreed time.Lead conversion: From inquiry → qualified lead → visit/booking.CRM accuracy: Complete, up-to-date notes after every interaction.Customer satisfaction (CSAT): Short rating after service where possible.Attendance & punctuality: Being on time and reliable.What We Expect From You2-5 years of customer care/tele-sales/front desk or similar experience.Clear speaking style, friendly tone, and patience under pressure.Good Bangla; basic conversational English is a plus.Organized, dependable, and comfortable with simple spreadsheets/CRMs.Ability to work with targets and improve KPIs over time.Our Work Environment & EthicsRespect first: We speak to clients and teammates with courtesy.Honesty: No false promises, no pressure tactics.Confidentiality: Client data stays private and secure.Accountability: We own our tasks, fix mistakes, and learn fast.Team spirit: We help each other and celebrate wins together.Growth mindset: We keep learning and share what works.Education Requirements:

  • Masters
