• Attending client's needs, concerns, complaints and make sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulation.
• You are to get involved with a dynamic Customer Support Unit; and deal with the customers.

• Masters

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Skills Required: Communication skills, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support/ Client Service, Good Computer Knowledge, Well organized
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Hotel, Shopping mall
• Minimum 2-5 years direct Customer Care Experience.
• Customer service or Beauty Industry
• Should be presentable, elegant, lively and self-starter in implementing policies based on organization's objectives,
• Candidates having beauty salon management experience will be given preference.
• Candidate who have an experience on house keeping also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure.
• Excellent communication skill in both Bengali and English
• Must to be Smart and Good Looking.
• Good listening skill and analytical skill.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
• Computer literacy is must.
