We are looking for a talented and skilled marketing assistant executive / executive who will execute our marketing strategy and promote our company`s business. The assistant executive/ executive will report directly to the Executive Director and work in coordination with the Head of Business as well as other marketing department employees. This is a great opportunity for a young professional who wishes to learn and gain valuable experiences in a fast-paced corporate environment.Freshers are encouraged to apply.Candidates with a pleasant appearance, smart and confident personality, and a well-groomed presence are highly encouraged to apply.Young professionals who are well-dressed, polite, disciplined, organized, presentable, ambitious, and possess a professional attitude are preferred.Applicants with excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla, along with an elegant, confident, and engaging behavior, will be given priority.Identify, generate, and follow up with client leads for the sale of CDL`s commercial and residential real estate productsThe candidate should be encouraged and should have a positive mindset.Tactfully and strategically managing client relationships, including both existing and prospective clientsDeploying a variety of communication channels to engage with clients, including email, phone, Facebook, and in-person meetingsDeveloping in-depth knowledge of real estate products and services in order to make suitable recommendations based on customers` needs and preferencesContinually meeting or exceeding daily/monthly/quarterly sales targets with respect to the growth of this organization.Participate in national-level exhibitions, fairs, and conferences on behalf of the companyNegotiate and close deals tactfully, timely manner, and in an efficient wayStrategically and positively respond to client complaints and concerns, and build company goodwill if and when requiredCollaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather existing and prospective clients` feedback and share with internal teamsDirectly report to senior management on the progress of sales growth, receiving feedback and guidance, and follow-up instructionsEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
