Responsibilities & Context:Visitor Management including - Visitor movement register & visitor card maintain properly.Monitor the incoming personnel & confirm their proper identification.Properly checking of duty roaster & daily duty of Third Party Security Guards.Monitoring & checking properly for entry & exit goods (delivery & unloading) with Gate pass.Visit the factory (inside & outside) and check all the exit doors and locate any abnormality and unusual situation.Access Manager application, CCTV Management , Entry & Exit door handle.Securing the YKK asset, Monitor the access control & confirm the confidentiality.Factory building outside overall 5S related work and initiative (roadside vacant space, Frence area etc.)Support audit for their required documents.Make report & presentation as and when required.Communication with DEPZ, Police, SB, NSI & other Govt. organization as and when required.Any other task assigned by the department manager.Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience:
At least 6 years
