Responsibilities & Context:Developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targetsAnalyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunitiesSetting sales goals, forecast revenue, and develop budgets in alignment with overall business objectivesRecruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales teamProviding ongoing coaching, support, and motivation to team membersConducting regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvementOverseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency and effectivenessImplementing and optimizing sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivityMonitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvementBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholdersAddressing customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyaltyDeveloping and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamicsCollaborating with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiativesCommunicating sales strategies, goals, and progress to senior management and the sales teamRepresenting the sales team in cross-functional meetings and provide input on company-wide initiativesConducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitive dynamicsAnalyzing sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and planningUtilizing insights from market research to adjust sales strategies and improve performanceDeveloping and managing the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resourcesMonitoring sales expenses and implement cost-control measures to achieve profitability targetsPreparing financial forecasts and reports related to sales performanceEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience:
  • At least 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Food (Packaged), E-commerce
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Only Male
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trendsGoal-oriented and results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving targetsAdaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong customer focus and the ability to build lasting relationshipsCompensation & Other Benefits:
