Responsibilities & Context:Achieve individual and branch Retail business targets (Asset & Liability) as assigned.Source new customers and offer appropriate products (deposit accounts, loan facilities, Credit cards etc.)Acquire low-cost deposit by on-boarding CASA accounts.Drive Retail asset business by booking quality retail customers.Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and cross sale different products.Stay updated on the banks products, policies and market trend.Ensure effective customer relationship management by serving as the main contact point for client needs, inquiries and problem resolution.Assist clients with the documentation and application process for Retail loans.Ensure AML, KYC and regulatory compliance.Any other responsibilities assigned from line manager.Education Requirements:
Masters
Master's in any discipline preferably in business background with good academic record. Sound knowledge and proven track record in managing branch banking operations.Experience:
At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
