Responsibilities & Context:Plan, organize and execute financial tasks of the organization.Closely deal with banks and financial institutions.Supervise the accounting activities on daily, weekly, monthly basis and ensure proper maintenance of all books of accounts.Prepare various types of financial report and submit to the higher authority as well as the management and any other department of the company as required.Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.Monthly Salary Sheet check and prepare Bank forwarding for salary disbursements.Cash flow forecasting & fund management.Bank reconciliation statement, Sales reconciliation, Reconciliation accounts payable & receivable.Checking bill vouchers and supporting documents.Ensure timely payment made to supplier, internal and others.Perform all the activities in closing monthly Financial Statements.Ensure the relevant Journal entries regarding expenses, vendor adjustments and bill payments have been posted prior to month end by the relevant teams.Perform various Investment appraisal and analysis.Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management.Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience:

At least 3 years

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 25 years

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
