Responsibilities & Context:Make outbound calls to international clients to promote products/services.Generate qualified leads and close telesales deals with overseas customers.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.Communicate effectively with global clients via phone, email, and chat.Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel.Provide market feedback and suggest improvements to the sales strategy.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Service Marketing

Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Market Research Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Overseas Companies, Call Center

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 26 to 35 years

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Good computer literacy (MS Office, CRM/Call Center software)
Fluency in Bangla and English
