Network Engineer / Senior Network Engineer

• Working with any kinds of Network Troubleshooting and Outages issues.
• Supervising the team, while working closely with other team, management and external vendors to achieve the company's goals.
• Collaborating with NOC Team to ensure efficient service of the company.
• Ensure highest uptime of ISP service with maintaining SLA for all types of customer.
• Ensure Technical Support/Guidance to Clients.
• Network performance monitoring and reporting.
• Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.
• Technical support (onsite/remote) for Internet & Networking, Service Usage and related issues.
• Configure & manage Routers, Switches, Mikrotik, OLT.
• Manage technicians to bring up new links and to maintain existing links.

• Bachelor/Honors

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP
