- Achieve sales targets for retail and wholesale segments.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to expand market share.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for branding and customer engagement.
- Supervise retail sales executives and monitor daily sales performance.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Build relationships with distributors, resellers, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to credit policies.
- Maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale clients.
- Resolve complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize client meetings, trade events, and feedback sessions.
- Guide and mentor sales teams to meet targets.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics for smooth execution.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor trends, and suggest corrective actions.
- Track KPIs such as sales growth, conversion rates, and client acquisition.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain proper documentation for retail and wholesale transactions.
- Suggest improvements for sales efficiency and profitability.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of retail and wholesale business operations.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital marketing tools.
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability.
- Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager/Senior Manager
- Supervises: Sales Executives, Officers, Retail Staff
- 3-5 years of experience in ISP sales & marketing, with retail and wholesale exposure.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
