Responsibilities & Context:Set & Achieve Targeted Business Metrics: Daily/Monthly/Yearly sales targets. Explore & Onboard new Franchisees as per target.Visit Franchisee Stores as per plan.Coordinate with concerned for offer/Marketing for catchment communication & Visual Merchandise for In-store visibility.Work with Franchisee for store`s sales revenue & profitability enhancements as per plan.Ensure stock availability by category-wise & store wise and coordinate with the product management team.Daily Monitoring of Business targets.Formulate Instore Promotions.Monthly Training Calendar for Franchisee Floor Staff.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Retail Store, Tannery/Footwear

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 18 to 30 years
