The role involves assisting with food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to overall kitchen efficiency in a fast-paced food industry environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Head Chef with daily cooking and food preparation tasks.Follow recipes, cooking instructions, and portion control guidelines accurately.Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.Maintain food safety standards in handling, storage, and preparation.Support in kitchen inventory management, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.Work effectively under pressure to meet production deadlines.Coordinate with kitchen staff and maintain smooth workflow.Education Requirements:
HSC
Diploma in Hotel Management
