
Territory Sales Manager (Vehicle Tracking System)

- Drive B2B (Corporate/SME), B2C, and channel/distributor sales for VTS and fleet management solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across assigned regions and sectors.
- Proactively target and acquire corporate clients such as logistics companies, large enterprises, fleet operators, and delivery service providers.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, channel partners, and retail customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, coordinate with the customer service team for onboarding and after-sales support.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and progress reports.
- Collect and convert leads from various sources including partners, distributors, and field campaigns.
- Ensure proper follow-up for existing and potential clients.
- Monitor and support trade marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional drives at field level.
- Submit monthly/quarterly updates and activity reports for sales channels and corporate accounts.
- Use digital platforms for logging daily activities including attendance, sales visits, client meetings, and task updates.
- Responsible for credit collection of sales where applicable and for clients/accounts handled directly.
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Automobile, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
