- Maintain regular communication with project stockholders and field visit.
- Lead monthly progress data collection, input data into Monitoring System in line with reporting indicators, Maintain and update project database, beneficiary list,
- Organize community awareness and capacity development activities, ensuring effective safe drinking water. Support the project team to implementing the project activity.
- Support the organization of project events involving persons of concern and stakeholders (e.g., meetings, workshops, training sessions, knowledge-sharing, and promotional events) anywhere in Bangladesh
- Support project team members in preparing project documents and reports, including donor reports, event reports, case studies, best practices, fact sheets, and web stories.
- Collect information on the impacts, lessons learned, and challenges from the field.
- To perform any other related duties or responsibilities when assigned by the organization/ project management.
- Assist in organizing and executing project activities in accordance with the work plan.
- Support the coordination of field visits, training sessions, workshops, and community outreach activities.
- Liaise with community leaders, beneficiaries, government bodies, and partner organizations to ensure smooth implementation of project activities.
- Represent the organization in local coordination meetings when required.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials including newsletters, social media content, and promotional materials.
- Ensure program visibility in line with donor guidelines.
- Any other tasks, duties, or specific tasks assigned by the Program Manager, Coordinator (PC) and management of the organization
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Master of Social Science (MSS)
- Master of Arts (MA) in English
- Must have a post-graduation degree in any discipline (preferably in Social Science and English).
- At least 2nd Division / Class in all public examinations.
- 3 to 5 years
- Age 25 to 32 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- 3 to5 years' experience of working with the multi-sector project in NGO sector.
- Have knowledge of WASH, Livelihoods, Education, Emergency program, climate Change, & and protection issues with NGO sectors.
- Having non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive perceptions along with safeguarding
- Respectful to safeguarding policy.
- Excellent teamwork, and a proven track record of building trust within and empowering teams.
- Having strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills, problem solving, decision making, handling multi-task, etc.
- Ability to produce high-quality analytical reports and facilitate discussions at national and international levels.
- Adequate knowledge and skills in computer applications, especially MS Office packages & ICT and flexible to work in software.
- Computer skill-MS Excel, MS Office, KOBO Toolbox, Report writing, documentation, data collection.
