Responsibilities & Context:Job Context: We are country leading reputed group of Companies. It has Eighteen sister of concerns having proven record of business experience in country & abroad for four decades looking Legal Advisor/Legal Manager for this Organization. The Legal Advisor/Legal Manager should be manage the organization's legal affairs, Operation & Documentations.We believe in Users satisfaction, Priority in social responsibility, To reach in hub of the farmers as well.Responsibilities:Provide legal counsel and strategic adviceConduct research and analysis of legal issues, regulations, and legislation.Assess the legal implications of a client`s or organization`s business decisions, contracts, and transactions.Offer strategic guidance to mitigate legal risks and avoid potential pitfalls.Draft and review legal documentsPrepare and examine contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents to ensure they are clear, enforceable, and legally sound.Review existing and proposed legislation and regulations for their impact on the client or organization.Ensure legal complianceDevelop, implement, and maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure the organization`s operations adhere to legal standards.Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on how to adapt their practices to stay compliant.Manage litigation and dispute resolutionSupport the company during litigation and arbitration proceedings.Formulate strategies for dispute settlement and represent the client in negotiations.Prepare the organization for potential legal actions resulting from a crisis.Manage riskIdentify potential legal risks in business strategies and transactions.Implement measures to proactively mitigate potential legal issues and liability.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Law (LLB) in Law
Master of Law (LLM) in Law

LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university
No third class/division allowed in any academic examination

Experience:

At least 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Tannery/Footwear, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Law Firm, Group of Companies, Cement Industry, Importer, Coal

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 30 years

Encourage to apply retired Judge.
Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 3 years' experience of working in a legal team of a group of company or financial institution
Enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council is mandatory
Strong knowledge of Company Law, Legal Law, Contract Law, Corporate Governance, and Dispute Resolution Excellent legal drafting, communication, and analytical skills
