- Sales management & Target achievement.
- Set monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly sales target.
- Develop strategies to maximize property sales is revenue growth.
- Team leadership & supervision.
- Motivate the sales-Team to active high performance.
- Conduct regular sales meeting and performance reviews.
- Provide coaching and guidance on sales technique, negotiation and closing deals.
- Client relationship management build and maintain strong relationship with clients, Investors and corporate buyer.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential marketing.
- This job must target oriented job you have to achieve personal and team target.
- Prepare and submit regular sales report to senior management.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue and client feedback.
- Co-ordination with other department.
- Work closely with marketing team to generate Leads.
- Collaborate with finance fix payment follow-ups and client settlements.
- Promote ethical practice and maintain the company's reputation In the market.

- 7 to 12 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Real Estate, Developer
- Age 31 to 44 years
- Must have work experience with a reputable developer company in Bangladesh.
- Must have huge customer base
- Must have good communication skill and be smart and energetic.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Must be proficient in English & have the ability to organize fairs abroad.
- You must have an overseas client base.
- Must not be involves in any personal business.
