- Conduct door-to-door sales and marketing activities to generate new customer and also monitoring & supervision of subordinate to meet the sales target .
- Identify and approach new customer, corporate offices, and individual customer.
- Promote and sell packages, corporate and direct clients.
- Acquire new customer while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Regularly communicate and follow up with corporate clients to ensure successful sales conversions.
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets set by management.
- Manage client interactions, maintain visit records, and collect necessary information and documentation from prospective customers.
- Identify and approach prospective customers through various channels.
- Maintain strong communication and follow-up with clients.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships by offering tailored products.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure excellent product delivery and customer satisfaction at all stages of the sales process.
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- 2 to 5 years
- Age 25 to 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Lubricating Oil, Grease & similar kind of products, Direct Selling/ Marketing Company, Experience must require to apply.
- Skills & Expertise: Vast experience in Lubricating Oil, Marketing Sales, Direct Sales and Marketing, Excellent communication.
