Responsibilities & Context:Design and implement a cohesive brand strategy aligned with the Group's vision, mission, and long-term goals.Lead, mentor, and empower the brand communication team to achieve outstanding performance and professional growth.Develop and execute 360° communication strategies across digital, social media, PR, and traditional marketing channels.Oversee the creation of impactful and engaging content that strengthens brand identity and builds meaningful audience connections.Conduct and analyze market research to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, media, and key influencers to amplify the brand's presenceEducation Requirements:
  • Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
  • At least 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements:10+ years of progressive experience in brand communication, marketing, or corporate communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of building and executing successful brand communication strategies.Strong understanding of digital and traditional communication channels.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilitySkills & Expertise:Advertising,Brand Communication,Brand Planning/ Development,Interpersonal Skills,Leadership and teamwork,Time Management skills
