Responsibilities & Context:Brand Strategy & Positioning:
  • Define and implement the overall brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Position the cement brand(s) to build a strong market presence and customer loyalty.
  • Identify and develop brand value propositions for different customer segments (contractors, dealers, individual home builders, etc.).
Brand Identity & Communication:
  • Maintain and evolve the visual and verbal identity of the brand.
  • Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all internal and external communication.
  • Oversee all advertising, PR, and corporate communication initiatives.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide brand strategy.
  • Use customer insights to refine messaging, campaigns, and new product introductions.
  • Monitor brand perception and implement corrective measures when needed.
Campaign Development & Management:
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) to build brand equity.
  • Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns across regions.
  • Partner with sales to support trade marketing and dealer loyalty programs.
Digital & Social Media Branding:
  • Manage brand presence across digital platforms including website, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Drive digital storytelling and influencer partnerships to enhance engagement.
Internal Branding:
  • Champion brand culture internally through employee engagement, training, and alignment activities.
  • Collaborate with HR on employer branding efforts.
Budgeting & ROI:
  • Develop and manage the annual brand budget.
  • Measure ROI of branding efforts using KPIs (brand awareness, equity, preference, etc.).
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Marketing
Graduates in Marketing from any Public / Private University.Experience:
  • At least 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Cement Industry
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 60 years
