Responsibilities & Context:Source raw materials (fabric, trims & accessories) on time as per buyer requirements.Negotiate with suppliers for best price, quality, and lead time.Coordinate with planning & merchandising teams for material forecasts.Maintain accurate inventory records and control stock levels.Track local & international shipments (LC, FOB, C&F) and ensure on-time delivery.Supervise junior SCM staff and support process improvements & ERP systems.Experience:

8 to 10 years

Age 35 to 50 years

BBA/MBA/PGD in Supply Chain Management / Industrial Engineering.Minimum 5-7 years' experience in same position at apparel supply chain (preferably woven padded or down jacket).Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, procurement, logistics, HS codes, LC, Sales Contact and Incoterms.Strong network with local & international suppliers.Familiarity with local and international sourcing regulations.Proficiency in Odoo ERP software (Preferred) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Skills & Expertise:Inventory Management,Supplier and Vendor Management,Supplier Relationship Management,Supply Chain and Procurement,supply chain managementCompensation & Other Benefits:
