Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextWe are urgently hiring a Welfare & Compliance Executive/ Sr. Executive (Female) for our Mobile Manufacturing Factory.Job Location: Signboard, GazipurThe Welfare & Compliance Executive will oversee labor law compliance, workplace safety, and employee welfare in the factory. This role includes conducting audits, managing training and grievance processes, coordinating with auditors and factory teams, and ensuring all compliance documentation is maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local and international standards and be proactive in maintaining a safe, fair, and efficient working environment.Immediate hiring for qualified candidates.Job Responsibilities:Support factory self-assessments and follow up on CAP (Corrective Action Plan) closures as per customer requirementsPrepare and share compliance checklists with relevant departmentsLiaise with customer Ethical and Sourcing teams to meet compliance documentation needsConduct workers' orientation and compliance-related employee training (PPE, BSCI, machine operation, harassment prevention, chemical handling, worker rights, anti-corruption, mid-level management, PC member training, etc.)Handle internal compliance activities, assess risks, and develop management strategiesConduct prerequisite audits and identify compliance issues needing follow-upMonitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) in the workplaceCoordinate training schedules and handle employee grievancesPerform daily floor visits to check housekeeping and compliance mattersMaintain effective communication between workers and managementMaintain registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance Handling, Orientation, Awareness, etc.)Organize committee meetings (Participation Committee, Safety, EHS, OHS)Ensure maternity benefits as per labor law and address maternity workers' welfare issuesPrepare for and face third-party compliance audits confidentlyEnsure documentation related to compliance and welfare is up-to-datePerform any other duties assigned by managementEducation Requirements:Bachelor Degree (Major in Human Resource Management or related preferred)PGD in Compliance or HRM will be an added advantageRelevant training will get preference.Experience:
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Garments, Textile, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & related ActsFamiliarity with national and international compliance standards.Good understanding of Social Audit, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Maternity Leave, Grievance Handling, Orientation and Awareness.Strong communication and correspondence skills in English and BanglaAbility to liaise effectively with auditors, and factory teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of Bangla typingSkills & Expertise:BSCI,gap analysis and corrective plan,Grievance Handling,ISO 45001,Knowledgeable about Bangladesh Labor Law,Maternity Service,Occupational Health,Social Compliance AuditCompensation & Other Benefits:
