Responsibilities & Context:Manage daily front desk and reservation operations.oversees all booking channels and maximizes room revenue through strategic yield management.Lead all reception operations including guest service, cash handling, and staff trainingTrain, supervise, and support front desk staff.Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.Oversee reservations and room assignments.Ensure accurate billing and record-keeping.Maintain front desk supplies and inventory.Create a welcoming environment for guests.Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Graduation and Post-Graduation in any subject. If you have Diploma in Hotel Management and Certificate Course he/she may have considerable for Post-Graduation Degree.Experience:
  • 5 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Restaurant, Coffee Shop
