Responsibilities & Context:Develop and review planning and policy for Sales and Marketing.Ensure effective communication with dealers/distributors and Sales & Marketing team.Analyze sales trends, preparing market plan and annual sales forecast.Arranging annual/biannual/monthly dealers/distributors conference & coordination meeting.Identifying problems and make agreeable solutions for increasing selling.Generate new ideas and techniques for the development of Sales & Marketing.Team building and achieving the goals as per target.Innovating new markets & developing relations with new and existing customers.Any other assignment given by the management/superior.Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Development Studies (MDS)
Master of Business Management (MBM)

Experience:

4 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery), Power

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 28 to 45 years
Only Male

Excellent English communication skills are required.
