Responsibilities & Context:Day & Night Shift Roster duty.Answer calls professionally & Respond to customer inquiries.Handle and resolve customer complaints and Follow up customer calls where necessary.Provide customers with product and service information using available resources.Process orders, forms and applications.Identify and escalate priority issues and Route calls to appropriate resource.Providing better quality service to the customer over phone call and online services.Ensure smooth business operation and maintaining compliance.Reporting & maintain proper MIS.Education Requirements:
