- Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team for skill development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
