- Identify and analyze new business opportunities, threats and competitors to achieve sales target.
- Drive achievement of sales targets by executing effective sales strategies with the assigned region.
- Find out the market gaps, sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personal to avail the opportunities.
- Visit existing & potential clients on a regular basis, find out customer needs and take necessary action to fulfill those.
- Build, manage and strengthen relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure sustainable business growth.
- Developing and maintaining communication with potential and existing clients to sell company's products.
- Keep in touch of competitor activities with sales, price, commission, new product entry and report to superior accordingly.
- Motivate, Train, Monitor & Follow up sales activities of team members. So that they can easily get oriented to ensure achievement of sales target both primary & secondary sales.
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- 5 to 8 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
