Responsibilities & Context:Department: Sales & Business DevelopmentIndustry: Catering / Hospitality / EventsJob Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing catering company. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through customized catering solutions. If you're passionate about food, events, and sales-and thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment-this is the job for you.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base.
Manage brand presence and customer engagement initiatives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, wedding, and private event sectors
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand event needs
Prepare and submit competitive proposals, quotations, and contracts
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
Collaborate with internal teams (culinary, operations, logistics) to ensure service excellence
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide weekly sales reports
Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Diploma in Hotel Management

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Diploma in Catering or Hospitality Management with relevant experience will also be considered.

Certifications (Preferred):

CRM or Sales Software Certification
Digital Marketing or Customer Relationship Training
Basic Food Safety Awareness (a plus)

Experience:

At least 2 years

Experience:

2-4 years of sales and marketing experience
Experience in catering, hospitality, events, or food service sales preferred

Must be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Familiarity with local markets and corporate/event clients
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic proposal writing
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
Valid driver's license and personal transportation preferred

Beside this, Moraraji Deshai, V V Giri, Past G S of UN Brutros Ghali was delighted by his cooking. The marriage ceremony of then, PM Sheikh Hasina and BNP Leader Begum Khaleda Zia's two son's marriage ceremony was delighted by his cooking. He awarded in UK as “Best Cook” at International Curry Festival of Brick lane in 1st September 2001. Beside this he was honored as “Master Chef” and “Star Chef”. He also received prestigious Awards and certificates in International and National level. Always charming and lovely man. Md. Subrat Ali passed away on 24th July, 2012. By the family heritage and legacy His eldest son Md. Shahidullah (Kaiser) is now leading `Shahi Cook` to prosperity and fame. Now rebranded and operating as "Masterchef Subrat Ali Catering".
