Responsibilities & Context:Tele Tell Communications, a reputed organization in Telecom, Infrastructural Development, Roads & Highways, and Military Acquisitions, is looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support our Human Resources department.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end- to - end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and implement HR policies, procedure and best practice.Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.Conduct performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.Maintain HR records, employee data, and documentation.Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.Ensure work place safety, security, and compliance with company policies.Maintain company records, Legal documents and administrative reports.Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking and leave management.Ensure accurate salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliancePrepare HR and admin reports for senior managementMaintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.Trace HR analytics such as attrition, hiring trends, and performance metrics.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).Experience:

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Consulting Firms
