- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, Email, Facebook, Messenger, TikTok, WhatsApp, or chat.
- Address customer concerns and complaints effectively, aiming for timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Answer all inquiries, provide authentic information about products, company policies, Orders, delivery-related update information & others offer details when needed.
- Report back data of the whole day's work to Management/authority on different platforms (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Doc, etc.)
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Develop personalized customer interactions to foster loyalty and retention.
- Monitor customer data, follow all updated systems to analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collect customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and interactions.
- Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.
- Bachelor/Honors
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, F-commerce
- Age 22 to 28 years
