Responsibilities & Context:Maintain CRM, Website, Inbound calls and Offline visitor for engaged with customer.Gather customer data and offer services or products according to their needs.Make outbound calls or communicate by sales channel for follow-up potential customers.Achieve sales target in any situation.Record and manage orders and payment in sales channel (Order entry, Packing, Courier entry, Payment management etc.)Monitor and manage logistic channels for successful deliveryMaking report for management·Complete additional task given by management.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 33 years
  • Only Female
Working skill
  • Experience in CRM, Omni channel, Website order management and Tele sales
  • Knowledge on e-commerce, f-commerce, sales funnel, customer psychology
  • Good at Microsoft office.
  • Good at presentation.
  • A class communication skills.
  • Confidence for handling any critical situation and work under pressure.
  • Good expertise of team work for generate sales and meet monthly target.
  • Excellent convince skill of handling customers for get the deal done in any situation.
