Responsibilities & Context:We're looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to be a bridge between our clients and our company. You'll handle day-to-day customer needs and manage some basic accounting tasks to keep everything running smoothly.What You'll DoThis job has two main parts:Being a Customer Relationship Pro:

Be the go-to person for our clients. You'll answer their questions and make sure they're happy with our service.
Help new clients get started and keep their information up to date.
Find ways to help clients even more by suggesting other products or services they might like.

Handling Simple Accounting:

Send out invoices and make sure payments come in on time.
Follow up politely on any late payments.
Help with monthly financial reports and make sure our accounts are accurate.
Handle other Basic Accountings

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 18 to 25 years

Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required. We care most about your attitude and your willingness to learn!
