- This is a full-time, on-site role in Customer Service department.
- The Customer Service executive will be responsible for answering customer queries, placing customer orders and managing the whole customer relationship.
- It involves communicating with customers through our social media pages, call center and mobile phone.
- Bachelor/Honors
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Call Center, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
- Only Female
- Experience in customer service/sales of Beauty products
- Strong customer management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
