Responsibilities & Context:Company Description: Shombhob Health Ltd. is an online pharmacy and healthcare products shop serving urban customers in Bangladesh. Shombhob offers home delivery of medicines, healthcare products, and prescription refill services.Role Description
  • This is a full-time, on-site role in Customer Service department.
  • The Customer Service executive will be responsible for answering customer queries, placing customer orders and managing the whole customer relationship.
  • It involves communicating with customers through our social media pages, call center and mobile phone.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Call Center, Healthcare/Lifestyle product
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Only Female
  • Experience in customer service/sales of Beauty products
  • Strong customer management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
