Responsibilities & Context:Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily customer service operations.Handle complex or escalated customer complaints promptly and effectively.Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching where necessary.Ensure customer queries are resolved within agreed service levels.Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical, accounts) for issue resolution.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Arts (MA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience:
  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
